चंडीगढ़2अप्रैल (संजय राय )।हरियाणा के संसदीय कार्य ओरशिक्षा मंत्री महीपाल ढांडा ने कहा कि अप्रैल 2025 में पीआरटी से टीजीटी, टीजीटी से पीजीटी, पीजीटी से प्रिंसिपल, प्रिंसिपल से बीईओ, बीईओ से डिप्टी डीईओ और डिप्टी डीईओ से डीईओ की प्रमोशन की जाएगी। अप्रैल में ही सभी नवनियुक्त व प्रमोशन पाने वाले शिक्षकों को स्टेशन दे दिए जाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि मई के प्रथम सप्ताह में अलग-अलग चरणों में सभी तरह के टीचरों का ट्रांसफर ड्राइव शुरू करके जुलाई में सभी को उनके नए स्टेशन पर ज्वाइन करवा दिया जाएगा, ताकि बच्चों की पढ़ाई सुचारू रूप से चलती रहे। शिक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह सैनी की बजट भाषण में की कई गई घोषणा के मद्देनजर हर 10 किलोमीटर के दायरे में एक नया मॉडल संस्कृति स्कूल खोलने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी जाएगी, ताकि विद्यार्थियों को और बेहतर शिक्षा मिल सके।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह सैनी ने चण्डी माता से हरियाणावासियों के स्वस्थ व उज्जवल भविष्य की प्रार्थना की पंचकूला, 1 अप्रैल(ईशान टाइम्स)। हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह सैनी ने आज चण्डी माता के दर्शन कर प्रदेशवासियों के स्वस्थ व उज्जवल भविष्य की कामना की है।मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह सैनी नवरात्रों के मौके पर पंचकूला स्थित चण्डी माता मंदिर में पूजा अर्चना के लिए पहुंचे थे, इस दौरान उन्होंने माता का आशीर्वाद लेते हुए हरियाणावासियों को नवरात्र की बधाई व शुभकामनाएं दी। उन्होंने कहा कि माता रानी की कृपा से प्रदेश विकास की गति पर तेजी से अग्रसर रहे। इसके उपरांत मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह सैनी ने यज्ञशाला पहुंचकर हवन यज्ञ में शिरकत करते हुए आहुति भी डाली। इस अवसर पर पंचकूला के महापौर कुलभूषण गोयल, कालका की विधायिका शक्ति रानी शर्मा, शिवालिक बोर्ड के वाईस चेयरमेन ओम प्रकाश देवी नगर, बीजेपी की वरिष्ठ नेत्री बंतो कटारिया, पूर्व विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ज्ञानचंद गुप्ता, जिला बीजेपी प्रधान अजय मित्तल, बीजेपी नेत्री परमजीत कौर, मंडल महामंत्री वीरेंद्र वर्मा, एमसी हरेंद्र मलिक सहित अन्य गणमान्य व्यक्ति मौजूद थे।

न्यायिक व्यवस्था को बेहतर बनाने में प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी का है बड़ा योगदान कानून व्यवस्था को सुगम बनाने की दिशा में केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह कर रहे है निरंतर कार्य मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह सैनी ने प्रदेश में सबसे पहले लागू किए है तीन नए कानून न्यायिक व्यवस्था को बेहतर बनाने के लिए लगभग 8 हजार करोड़ रुपए की राशि खर्च नई कार्यकारिणी सभी के साथ मिलकर पारदर्शिता से करे कार्य :- कार्यक्रम के अध्यक्ष एवं पूर्व मंत्री मनीष ग्रोवर जिला बार एसोसिएशन की नवनिर्वाचित कार्यकारिणी का शपथ ग्रहण समारोह आयोजितरोहतक, 1 अप्रैल : जिला बार एसोसिएशन की नवनिर्वाचित कार्यकारिणी के लिए स्थानीय बार एसोसिएशन के हॉल में शपथ ग्रहण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। शपथ ग्रहण कार्यक्रम के दौरान निर्वाचित कार्यकारिणी ने जिला बार की उन्नति व प्रगति के लिए कार्य करने तथा व्यक्तिगत लाभ के लिए अपने पद का दुरुपयोग न करने की शपथ ली। शपथ ग्रहण समारोह के मुख्यातिथि एवं सहकारिता मंत्री डॉ. अरविंद कुमार शर्मा, कार्यक्रम के अध्यक्ष व पूर्व मंत्री मनीष कुमार ग्रोवर, पंजाब एवं हरियाणा बार काउंसिल के चेयरमैन डॉ. विजेंद्र अहलावत, महामंडलेश्वर कपिल पुरी महाराज, भाजपा के प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष सतीश नांदल, मेयर राम अवतार वाल्मीकि, पूर्व मेयर मनमोहन गोयल, एलपीएस बोसार्ड के एमडी राजेश जैन भी उपस्थित रहे।शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में कार्यक्रम के मुख्यातिथि एवं सहकारिता मंत्री डॉ. अरविंद कुमार शर्मा ने नवनिर्वाचित कार्यकारिणी को शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि वे एक साथ मिलकर बार के विकास के बारे में कार्य करें। उन्होंने जिला बार में विकास कार्यों के लिए अपने स्वैच्छिक कोष से 11 लाख रुपए, पूर्व मेयर मनमोहन गोयल की ओर से 11 लाख रुपए तथा एलपीएस बोसार्ड के एमडी राजेश जैन की ओर से 11 लाख रुपए की धनराशि देने की घोषणा की। उन्होंने कहा कि जरूरत अनुसार सरकार द्वारा अन्य सहयोग भी किया जाएगा। उन्होंने मेयर राम अवतार वाल्मीकि से भी जिला बार में आवश्यक कार्यों में पूर्ण सहयोग देने को कहा। उन्होंने कहा कि 70 वर्ष एवं इससे अधिक आयु के व्यक्तियों के लिए सरकार द्वारा पांच लाख रुपए तक स्वास्थ्य बीमा का लाभ आयुष्मान कार्ड के तहत दिया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि जिला बार में विशेष शिविर लगवाकर ऐसे पात्र वकीलों के आयुष्मान कार्ड बनवाए जाएंगे। डॉ. अरविंद शर्मा ने कहा कि केंद्र व प्रदेश सरकार निरंतर न्यायिक व्यवस्था को बेहतर करने की दिशा में प्रयासरत है। देश में न्याय व्यवस्था को बेहतर बनाने के लिए लगभग 8000 करोड़ रुपए खर्च किए हैं। पिछले 25 साल में न्याय व्यवस्था पर खर्च धनराशि का 75 प्रतिशत केवल 10 साल में खर्च हुआ है। आज देश में इंडियन पीनल कोड की जगह भारतीय न्याय संहिता को लागू किया जा रहा है। देश की न्यायिक व्यवस्था को मजबूत बनाने, आधुनिक बनाने, सरल बनाने और दंड नहीं न्याय दिलाने वाली बनाने में प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी का बड़ा योगदान है। उन्होंने मिशन मोड में न्यायिक व्यवस्था के आधुनिकीकरण के लिए प्रभावी कदम उठाए हैं। केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री श्री अमित शाह भी देश में कानून व्यवस्था को सरल बनाने की दिशा में काम कर रहे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह सैनी के नेतृत्व में नए तीन कानून को सबसे पहले लागू करने वाला हरियाणा पहला राज्य है। हरियाणा हमेशा प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा शुरू किए गए सामाजिक आंदोलन और जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं को जन-जन तक पहुंचाने व उनकी भागीदारी करने में सबसे आगे रहा है।

रोहतक एसपी नरेन्द्र बिजारणिया के निर्देशन में पुलिस ने तत्परता से कार्रवाई करते हुए खुलासा किया रोहतकरोहतक पुलिस ने 10 साल की बच्ची के साथ दुष्कर्म करने के मामलें में आरोपी व्यक्ति को गिरफ्तार करने में सफलता प्राप्त की है। आरोपी को कल पेश अदालत किया जायेगा। मामलें की गहनता से जांच जारी है।        उप पुलिस अधीक्षक (मुख्यालय), रोहतक श्री रवि खुंडिया ने बताया कि दिनांक 25.03.2025 को बिहार हाल रोहतक निवासी महिला ने पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई जिसके आधार पर धारा 65(1) बीएनएस व पोस्को एक्ट के तहत थाना शहर रोहतक में अभियोग अंकित किया गया। महिला ने बताया कि उसकी 10 वर्षीय लड़की ने पेट में दर्द होने बारे बताया। जिसे दिखाने के लिये पीजीआईएमएस रोहतक लाया गया। नाबालिग लडकी को पीजीआईएमएस मे दिखाने पर गर्भवती होने बारे पता चला। जिला पुलिस ने तत्परता से कार्यवाही करते हुए पीडिता को हर सुविधा मुहैया कराई गई है। मामले की गहनता से जांच अमल में लाई गई।पुलिस अधीक्षक रोहतक श्री नरेन्द्र बिजारणिया के आदेशानुसार मामलें की जांच के लिए विशेष टीम गठित की गई। जिसमें प्रभारी सीआईए-1 निरीक्षक कुलदीप सिंह व प्रभारी थाना शहर रोहतक उप.नि. राजकुमार व उनकी टीम को शामिल किया गया। विशेष टीम द्वारा छापेमारी करते हुए दिनांक 31.03.2025 को आरोपी उमेश उर्फ़ रवि निवासी लखीमपुर खीरी, उत्तर प्रदेश हाल रोहतक को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।

CM has given benefits to every section of society in budget: Rao Narbir Singh Gurugram, April 1 – Haryana Industry and Commerce, Environment, Forest and Wildlife Minister Sh. Rao Narbir Singh said the first budget presented by Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini is the most important budget of his 38 years of political life which will be written in golden letters in the history of Haryana. He said that when Haryana was formed in the year 1966, the budget of the state was Rs 650 crores which is now touching a new record of Rs 2.5 lakh crores. He said that when former Chief Minister Sh. Manohar Lal presented his first budget in the year 2014, a provision of 1.18 lakh crores was made in the budget. There has been an unexpected increase of 87,000 crores in the last 10 years for the welfare of the public.  Rao Narbir Singh was addressing a press conference in Gurugram today.He said that the Chief Minister has tried to give benefits to every section of the society through his first budget. He said that the BJP had made 214 announcements for the next five years in its Sankalp Patra. Some of these announcements have already been completed before the budget and 90 announcements will be completed this year with the set targets. He said that this budget will pave the way for the creation of a better and prosperous Haryana while ensuring the upliftment of all sections. He said that the Chief Minister has made a provision of Rs 5000 crore for the Lado Laxmi Yojana in the current budget.Rao Narbir Singh said that there is no doubt over building a martyr’s memorial in Naseebpur. The martyr’s memorial will be developed here on 42 kanal i.e. 5.25 acres of land.  He said that this is a matter related to the sentiments of the people of South Haryana. In the revolution of 1857, the people of Ahirwal fought against the British under the leadership of Rao Tularam in which a large number of people were martyred. He said that respect for the martyrs is a part of the ideology of the Bharatiya Janata Party. The contribution of the martyrs cannot be forgotten in any way. The Cabinet Minister said that the Chief Minister has also given his approval to this. He clarified that this work will not be done by the Military and Paramilitary Welfare Department but by the Department of Information, Public Relations, Languages and Culture. There was a confusion regarding this in the past days. But now its DPR is being prepared by PWD-B&R. Lack of funds will not be allowed to become an obstacle in the construction of Shaheed Smarak. He said that the government is trying to get rid of waterlogging problem in Gurugram. Under these efforts, a permanent solution to the problem of waterlogging will soon be found in Narsinghpur as well. The Cabinet Minister said that drainage work is going on on the Dwarka Expressway.  As soon as this work is completed, water drainage will be connected with drainage in Narsinghpur.Rao Narbir Singh said that the government is also moving forward with full seriousness regarding the future water needs of Gurugram. He said that the Chief Minister has specially allotted an amount of Rs 2000 crores in the budget for the covered pipeline from Kakroi of Sonipat to Gurugram. He said that along with getting rid of the problem of water leakage from the entire project, the quality of water will also be maintained.The Cabinet Minister said that in the coming five years, the foundation of the golden future of Gurugram will be laid with better connectivity and strong road network. He said for the development of infrastructure, an elevated road from Gurugram Jaipur National Highway to Vatika Chowk and four flyovers from Vatika Chowk to Ghata will be constructed at a cost of Rs 850 crore.Rao Narbir Singh said that in the coming five years, his priority will be to provide smooth and easy traffic route to the general public by relieving the city from traffic jams.  He said that he had a fruitful discussion with the Chief Minister to make Dhankot village on Gurugram Jhajjar road jam-free in which work will be done on the options of bypass for Badhsa AIIMS from Dwarka Expressway. Similarly, the process of land acquisition will be started soon for the bypass to be built in village Chandu.The Environment Minister informed that the Forest and Wildlife Department has applied to the Central Zoo Authority and the Hon’ble Supreme Court regarding the world’s largest jungle safari proposed in Gurugram. This project will be taken forward as soon as it is approved.He informed that in view of the efforts to improve the environment, an Environment Training Center will be set up in I.M.T. Manesar, Gurugram, which will also strengthen the efforts to deal with pollution in Gurugram.Rao Narbir Singh said that whatever renovation work is being done on the roads in Gurugram, before that the de-silting work of the drains along the road is being completed. He said that the officers have been instructed that the consent of the concerned RWA must be taken in the development work being completed in any area. Only after this the concerned contractor should be paid for the work.He said that he is confident that the work of Metro expansion in the city will start on the ground on May 1. He said that the general public should not face any kind of inconvenience during this entire construction work. For this, he himself visited the proposed route along with GMDA and Metro officials and gave necessary instructions to the concerned officials.
